1、热水洗澡：祛湿邪
很多人在进入伏天后，会感到四肢乏力、全身发困、浑身酸困、汗出过多而黏腻不爽。有时候吃东西，也感觉没有胃口，吃下去难以消化，整天肚子胀胀的。
造成这一切的根本原因，就是湿邪。而对付湿邪的一个很好的办法，就是洗热水澡。
进入伏天后，大部分人就会把洗热水澡这个习惯给忘记了，觉得夏天要洗冷水才够清凉。其实天气越热，湿邪越重，热水洗澡就显得更有必要，而且洗完以后身体会觉得神清气爽，并不会觉得出汗难受。
2、吃丝瓜：赛人参
伏天吃丝瓜赛人参，这是因为丝瓜里边含有人参所含的成分——皂甙，非常适合伏天食用，解暑防燥。
翠绿的丝瓜，无论是做清汤，还是做排骨、鸡汤，都能除油解腻，令人胃口大开。
天热的时候，凉拌丝瓜最好。选颜色深、有光泽的嫩棱子丝瓜，去皮，切条。做凉拌丝瓜不用酱油、醋和味精，只用少许盐和香油，这样才能突出丝瓜的原味。入口凉丝丝的，嫩脆多汁、满口清香。
3、伏天开空调：26℃最适合
空调致病的最主要的原因之一，是室内外温差过大。虽然人体有一定的体温调节能力，但这个能力是有极限的。
专家建议，室内外温差在 8℃~10℃ 左右最适宜，所以 26℃ 左右的室内温度是比较合适的。
而且一般开空调两三个小时后就应该开开窗户透气半个小时。
